Bored piles support a steel frame with composite steel beams.Exposed circular SHS columns filled with concrete used throughout superstructure.Some columns in basement are encased.Nominal fire rating of structure is 1 hour.Stability of the frame is assured by steel cross bracing of flat plates between columns.
