Details:
The Expo building itself has a single story structure, however, the size of the site is massively large 70,000 square metres rentable space, easily expanding the space size to 100,000 square metres.
The structure is divided into 10 very roomy column-free spaces for exhibition purpose, 8 of which are over 5,500 square metres with 10-metre clear height, the rest of which are over 10,000 square metres with 19-metre clear height. These halls can be merged together side-by-side completely and easily for the exhibitioners’ requests.
The features of halls represent a direct lorries’ access to the hall thanks to the 8-metre wide doors, parking space for 10 40-feet containers, 25-metre wide manoeuvring area and 3000-5000 tonnes per square metres floor loading capacity.
In addition, special feature for the biggest hall is that it is a multi-purpose hall in the sense that it has over 13,000 removable seats. Thus, this exhibition centre as a whole can be used not only for exhibition purpose but also for entertainment-oriented projects such as games or concerts, with lots of user-friendly features.
The structure comprises of 13,000 tonnes of Hot Finished Structural Hollow Sections to EN10210, of which 1.1Kt are hollow sections, 1.5Kt are plates, and 4Kt are sections from Corus mills, 6.4Kt are various steel products from other mills and stockists.
